A Dougherty County jury will continue deliberating tomorrow morning in the armed robbery trial of a man who's also accused of murder.

The jury began deliberating about 3:30 Tuesday afternoon in the trial of Jordan Harris.  The jury went home just before 6 PM.

Harris is charged with robbing an Albany Flash Foods Convenience store and Title Max in February 2009.

Harris previously pleaded guilty to robbing a convenience store in Leesburg in the same month and was sentenced to 20 years in prison.

He's also awaiting trial for the murder of Albany businessman Walter Phelps who was shot during a robbery at his hardware store last July.
