LEESBURG, GA (WALB) - Big crowds showed up at soccer fields near downtown Leesburg for a special cause
The Lee County Sheriff's Department held its third annual fundraiser for the Special Olympics this month. It's also a celebration for the butterfly kisses play park for children with special needs.
Kids got to dunk a cop and pie them in the face. People also participated in a cake walk, and a silent auction.
All proceeds will go towards the special Olympics being Held next week at Emory University in Atlanta.
