Dozens of folks attended a big party in downtown Albany to support people with special needs.
Albany ARC held its third annual Mexican fiesta at the Hilton Garden Inn. This year's fiesta was their biggest yet.
Because of budget cuts, public funding is harder to come by. The agency is depending more on the generosity of south Georgians.
"We're getting cuts just like everyone else, so we've gone to fundraiser's to we can continue the level of service we're doing, said ARC Director, Annette Bowline.
