VSU tennis cruises in national semis

ORLANDO, FL (WALB) - 2nd ranked Valdosta State has cruised to the semifinals at the NCAA DII tournament.

After a 5-1 victory over Queens College Wednesday, the Blazers beat St. Edwards 5-0.

VSU swept all three doubles and then Daniel Dueren and Luis Loeffler won their singles matches.

Valdosta State plays Columbus State in the semifinals Friday morning in Orlando.
