A Valdosta man is in the Lowndes County Jail charged with aggravated child molestation after an investigation started by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
ICE's Operation Predator targeted 20-year old Michael Hayes in a child pornography investigation.
When agents executed a search warrant at his home on Bobcat Circle, they determined at least one child had been molested.
An ICE spokesperson says the investigation is ongoing, and they cannot release any other details.
