    The family of a Miller County woman is mourning tonight after GBI investigators say the 58 year old was murdered by her husband, before he took his own life.

A hearing will be held later this month to determine whether the Federal Trade Commission's complaint against Phoebe Putney's deal to purchase Palmyra Hospital will be dismissed.

Lawyers for the Hospital Authority of Albany-Dougherty County filed a motion to dismiss the civil action. The FTC filed the complaint last month against Phoebe's 195 million dollar purchase of Palmyra Medical Center claiming it creates a monopoly on health care for Phoebe.

So far Judge Louis Sands has issued no order on the motion, but could after a hearing set for May 16th.
