A man accused of breaking into a Lowndes County home where a boy was home alone then trying to run over a responding deputy was found not guilty Wednesday.
A jury acquitted Sedrick White of burglary and aggravated assault on a police officer charges.

A frightened 13-year old boy hid in a closet and called 9-1-1 as burglars broke into his home on Val Del Road.
When deputies showed up, they say white jumped in a car and tried to hit an officer who shot out a front tire.
