BAINBRIDGE, GA (WALB) - An alert burglary victim helped Bainbridge police catch twin sisters suspected of breaking into his house. Investigators say 20-year olds Erica and Derica Allen threw a brick through a window at 832 Back Street thinking no one was home.
They had already taken stereo equipment from the Landrum's family car and a chain saw from the back porch. When the burglars realized the home wasn't empty, they took off. But Ryan Landrum wrote down their tag number.
Police arrested the sisters a few hours later at their home and recovered most of the stolen items. Both women are charged with burglary.
