ALBANY, GA (WALB) – A Leesburg man accused of murdering his wife was indicted Wednesday by a grand jury.
Anthony Scott is charged with felony murder, aggravated assault, and possession of a firearm during a crime.
Investigators testified last week that Scott admitted he shot Cathy Scott several times with two handguns outside their home on Old Smithville Road March 15th.
