God Ordained ministries celebrated its 5th anniversary with a gospel explosion this evening. The groups purpose is to bring positive events to east albany.
The program's theme was "we rock" which means to Rely on Christ's Kingdom. They celebrated their anniversary through song, poetry and a dramatic performance.
The play deals with real life issues people face everyday. We're handling peer pressure, substance abuse, and even sex. We're hoping that the kids and parents will draw from the positive message we're giving today.
G.O. Ministries is also planning to open a Family Community Center on the east side of Albany. They'll have act ivies not only for the youth but the entire family.
