Marines and civilian employees at M-C-L-B enjoyed lunch together to celebrate their 7th annual Unity Multicultural Day.

They even had pacific dancing demonstrations to celebrate the many different cultures and nations represented through the Marines and the base.

There were booths set up about those cultures.

The most popular were the ethnic food sampling stations where they could taste diversity.

Equal Opportunity Employment specialist Angelo Knox said "We may be a diverse world, we want to stand as one. To show that we are united."

Gunnery Sgt. Terrell Roundtree said "That's the great thing about the Marines Corps. Is that you are exposed to so many different cultures, by traveling throughout the world."

The theme for this year's multicultural day was "Our world united through diversity."
