The Braves believe second baseman Dan Uggla will boost the Braves homerun production.

He hit more than 150 homeruns in five big league seasons with the Florida Marlins.

Uggla, who just signed a five year contract, is excited to play for the team he rooted for growing up in Tennessee.

The Braves are glad to have a right handed power hitter in a lineup that features switchhitting Chipper Jones and left-handed power hitters  Jason Heyward, Brian McCann and Freddie Freeman.
