ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Police are searching for the suspect who shot and killed an Hispanic man just before 9:30 Saturday night.  Valdosta Police responded to reports of gunfire when they found a Hispanic male dead in the parking lot of a shopping center at 1430 East Park Avenue.

Police say the man, who appeared to be in his late 20s or early 30s, suffered from several gunshot wounds.

Detectives from the Valdosta Police Department and Crime Scene Technicians from the Valdosta-Lowndes Regional Crime Lab are currently investigating.
