By Wainwright Jeffers - bio | email ALBANY, GA (WALB) - A murder suspect on house arrest is back in jail again for violating his bond.
Around one this morning Albany Police arrested 21-year-old Antonio Seay. He's charged with murdering LeSheldon Stanford in a shooting February 14, 2010 outside of Brick House Productions.
He was released on $32,000 bond.
The company that monitors his electronic monitor device told police he was not at his house last night, which is in violation of his bond.
Police narrowly missed him on Flintrock Dr., they later found him back at home on East Society where he was arrested.
Seay said he left home to visit his cousin.
