COLQUITT, GA (WALB) - Miller County investigators hope to file charges soon in the brutal murder of an elderly man we told you about yesterday.

It's the latest on the investigation is our top story.The Miller County Sheriff's Office confirmed they have at least one suspect in custody.

They are currently questioning him in the death of 79-year old Willie White. Sheriff Buddy Glass tells us White was stabbed.

He was found dead in his home on North Second Street in Colquitt just before noon Thursday. We don't know if he was robbed or whether there was another motive.

The Sheriff's office, police, and G.B.I continue to investigate.
