ALBANY, GA (WALB) - A Moultrie man wanted by police led a Georgia State Trooper on a chase that ended when the trooper made the suspect crash.
The front of this cruiser has a few scrapes from where the two cars collided.
Trooper Michael Moses pulled over Timothy Edwards on Highway 319. Edwards stopped, but when Moses got out of the car, he sped away into a southeast Moultrie.
Moses performed a PIT maneuver to end the chase, but Edwards jumped out of his car and ran.
He was arrested near the intersection of Tenth Street Southeast and Holmes Drive. Investigators found marijuana packaged for sale in Edwards' car.
He was also wanted on parole violations and other warrants.
