42-year old Lo'Homal Gilcrest was arrested in September of 2009.
Her child had been suspended from riding the bus, and when the driver closed the bus door, Gilcrest forced it open and argued with the driver.
She was sentenced to one year each for disorderly conduct and disrupting a public school bus.
