ALBANY, GA (WALB) - A tractor trailer collided with a car on busy Slappey Boulevard in Albany Monday.
Twenty-eight year old James Coleman was headed south on Slappey Boulevard in a tractor trailer when he tried to turn right onto Broad Avenue. Twenty-seven year old LaShannon Breedlove was in the right lane next to him and tried to pass as he turned.
The big rig collided with her Honda Civic. Breedlove suffered minor injuries and was helped to the ambulance. Coleman is charged with improper lane change.
