ALBANY, GA (WALB) – Want to save some money? WALB is launching a new group savings website that offers you significant savings on local products and services.
It's called WALB Deals of the Week and it kicked off Monday with deals from Southern Elegance, Backwoods Outdoors, Albany Therapeutic Massage and more.
It just takes an email address to register on our website at WALB.com to have deals sent to your inbox. The more you share the deals with friends, the more you can save.
"The more you share that information either through Email, Facebook, Twitter, however you decide to share that through social media, once a certain amount of people buy that deal, then all of those people actually get 10% back in their account so you can actually build up stock in your account," said Internet Sales Director Meagan Franklin.
As part of the kick off, the deals are available through Valentine's Day, but after that they'll last 48 hours. The deals can be for your favorite restaurant, sporting event, health spa, ice cream parlor.... the sky's the limit!
