ALBANY, GA (WALB) –Political junkies had the chance to get their fix in Albany Wednesday.

The C-SPAN bus stopped at Mediacom in Albany to give viewers a chance to see all the network has to offer.   C-SPAN offers much more than just a static shot of the Chambers of Congress.

The brand new bus shows off the different platforms people now have to get their programming.   In addition to TV, you can get information through your smart phone, the radio, and Internet.

Marketing Representative Rachel Katz said, "We still cover the house and Senate when they're in session, but there's a variety of ways to keep up with that so you can leave comments on twitter and facebook, we'll pose a question in the morning, we'll read some of those during our morning call in program."

C-SPAN is funded through Cable companies.   About seven cents of your cable bill goes to C-SPAN.
