ABBEVILLE, GA (WALB) – A Wilcox County bank has joined a growing list of failed financial intuitions shut down throughout the state.
Regulators on Friday closed Enterprise Banking Company in Abbeville. The Wilcox County location and the bank's headquarters in Henry County were shutdown after the FDIC was unable to find a buyer.
All insured depositors are urged to transfer their funds to other banks. The FDIC will remain over the bank until January 28th.

Enterprise Banking Co. is the second bank to fail in Georgia this year. Last year 21 FDIC insured banks were shutdown in Georgia.
