LEE COUNTY, GA (WALB) – Part of Philema Road in Lee County was shut down for more than an hour this afternoon after a two-car crash.
State troopers say 18-year-old Jessica Ward pulled her Toyota Scion in front of 18-year old Richard Tawzar at the intersection of Philema and Palmer around four o'clock.
Tawzar's Mazda pickup slammed into the Scion and ended up on its side.
Ward is charged with failure to yield the right of way.
