ALBANY, GA (WALB) –The accused get-away driver from an armed robbery and police involved shooting at an Albany Family Dollar store last July is indicted.

22 year old Kelvin Kaylor was indicted for conspiracy to commit armed robbery and aggravated assault, joining the three others already charged with the robbery.

Police say Randell Harris and Christopher Raines robbed the Family Dollar at gunpoint, and when confronted by officers outside, they took store employee Jamaica Jones hostage.

Police shot Raines. Jones was later arrested and accused of helping plan the robbery. Prosecutors say Kaylor drove the gunmen to the store, and waited in the car. He was arrested November 30th.
