Moultrie, GA (WALB) -  Two 15-year-old boys are charged after police say one sold the other a gun on school property.

Witnesses told school officials they saw the .38 caliber revolver on the bus on the way to school.

C. A. Gray Junior High's Principal Todd Cason called police after finding the students with the gun Friday.

One of the 15-year-olds told police he took the gun out of his sister's closet and sold it to the other teen for a hundred dollars.

Both teens were charged with carrying a weapon within a school safety zone and possession of a revolver by a person under the age of 18. Authorities have the pistol in custody.
