ALBANY, GA (WALB) –  An accused killer made a first appearance in court this morning, but a state court magistrate wouldn't let us take a picture of him.

16-year-old Anthony Hill is charged with the execution-style murder of 19-year-old Sentos Vicente, a clerk at the Miscelanea Guate-Mex convenience store on Radium Springs Road.

Hill is charged as an adult and under Georgia law, his photograph should be released.

But, Dougherty County's newest magistrate Judge, Victoria Darrisaw, says she thinks it's their "policy" not to allow him to be photographed, and she refused to allow WALB News 10 cameras inside the jail courtroom today.

Investigators say Hill is one of the two men in the surveillance video who forced Sentos to the floor and shot him in the back of the head during a robbery December 18th.

The other suspect is still at large.
