ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Defending GISA AAA state champion Deerfield-Windsor showed rival Sherwood Christian they are still one of the top teams in the GISA's top classification.
Ramello Carter scored 30 points to lead the Knights to a 78-52 win over the previously unbeaten Eagles at the W.T. Henry Gym.
Banks Kinslow added 20 for the Knights who are now 9-3.
Deerfield-Windsor won the girls game 70-28.
In the GHSA, Cairo boys beat Monroe 45-42 and Monroe girls won 55-54 over Cairo.
Randolph-Clay sweeps a doubleheader against Quitman County in Coleman.
Red Devils win 76-40 and the Lady Red Devils win 73-37.
