THOMASVILLE, GA (WALB) -

THOMASVILLE, GA (WALB) –A Tallahassee murder suspect will stand trial for a related arson case in Thomas County.

Elijah James's arson trial is scheduled for January 31st at the Thomas County Judicial Center.

He was indicted in Leon County, Florida for the murder of Danielle Brown.

Her body was never found despite an extensive search in both north Florida and Thomas County last year.

James is accused of setting Brown's car on fire the day after she disappeared and abandoning it at a city dump in Pavo where he has family.
