ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Four big high school basketball games are on the schedule Friday at the Albany Civic Center.
The biggest game on the schedule is the final one between rivals Monroe and Dougherty.
Both of these teams already have one region loss and neither wants a second this early in the season.
Monroe has actually lost two straight after opening the season with nine straight wins.
Head coach Marquis Davis says the two game losing streak has been a needed wake up call at key point in the Tornadoes schedule.
Marquis Davis said. "The next two weeks are going to be very tough. We have got Westover next Friday. We have got Cairo on Tuesday. It is going to be tough. We are just going to have to get back to what we did in those first ten games before we lost those last two against Lanier and against Worth."
Westover and Thomasville are also part of this four game spectacular that begins at 4:00 p.m. Friday at the Albany Civic Center.
