SPARKS, GA (WALB) –Cook County investigators are trying to figure out who was recklessly driving a car in which they found bags of marijuana and an open bottle of wine.

Around 11 Wednesday night, a Chevy Impala sped through a stop sign at South Avenue and Highway 41, narrowly missing another car.

A deputy and a GBI drug agent chased the car and later found it parked behind Andrea Walton's home on MLK street.

She claimed she didn't know whose car it was, but it is registered to her and Lenora Prince. Investigators seized the car and found marijuana and wine inside it.

The drug agent says no charges have been filed.
