ALBANY, GA (WALB) –A homeless Albany man is accused of sneaking into a church. He says he was just looking for a warm place to sleep.
43 year old Milton Bryant is charged with criminal trespass. Albany Police spotted a broken window at the Morningside United Methodist Church. They found Bryant asleep inside.
Bryant said the window was already broken, and he just climbed inside to find a warm place for the night.
