ALBANY, GA (WALB) –  A Mitchell County man is charged with breaking into three Baconton businesses.

Twenty year old Alexander Calhoun is accused of breaking into P-J's Grocery and stealing cigars and cigarettes two weeks ago. Investigators say over the next couple of days he also broke into Appalachee Pecans across the street and took office supplies and stole computer equipment from a construction office at Baconton Charter School.

Investigators have recovered 90 percent of the stolen items.
