By Christian Jennings - bio | email ALBANY, GA (WALB) – The Albany Fire Department began the New Year battling an abandoned church fire.
The old building at 1205 Cremer Street caught fire just after 12:30 Saturday morning. The roof and some of the walls collapsed during the blaze.
Arson investigators and the State Fire Marshal will investigate to determine if the fire was intentionally set.
