ALBANY, GA (WALB) –  GBI agents arrested and charged a third person in the murder of a Tift County teen.

17-year-old Michael Watts is jailed on robbery and murder charges stemming from the December 19th shooting death of 22-year-old Andrew Thomas.

Agents charged another teen, 18-year-old Dominique Nixon with murder and aggravated assault after officers found him hiding in a Tifton motel room.

28-year-old Jaime Watts was arrested in the case on a drug possession charge.

Thomas was visiting friends at a home on Gilliard Street when he was murdered. Agents believe the motive was robbery.
