ALBANY,  GA (WALB) –It's common knowledge when you go to someone's house to knock on the door. But earlier this morning, two guys decided to KICK in someone's door instead of knocking.

Once inside, the two men got into a fight with, 17-year-old Montavious Haywood. He had minor bruises to his head and neck.

The two men left and then came back for more action. That's when police, arrested one of the men 20-year-old Akeem Davis.

The other individual is a 16-year-old-juvenille, who later called to turned himself in. Haywood and his brother are really surprised about how everything happened.

"They started cussing and we told them to leave. They came back and kicked in the door. And   that's when the fight started," said 17-year-old Montavious Haywood.

"It's a shame I have to come out here this early to protect my family. People need to realize that's not right," said his brother Dontarius Haywood.

The owner of the home, has had dealings with the men in the past. But, because of their unruly behavior told the men not to return.
