VALDOSTA, GA (WALB) –Investigators in Valdosta are looking for an arsonist who set a restaurant on fire.

Shortly after three Monday morning, firefighters extinguished the blaze at Slap Daddy's. They believe someone poured a trail of gasoline to the restaurant that started here in this Baytree Road parking lot then lit it.

The fire burned the back corner of the building. A sign on the door says the restaurant is closed until Tuesday because of the fire. Investigators don't have any suspects.

If you have any information call the Valdosta Fire Department at (229) 333-1835.
