LEE COUNTY, GA (WALB) - We have new information in a fatal crash Christmas Eve that killed a Lee County man.

State Troopers say 54-year-old Johnny Jordan was driving south on Old Leesburg Road. Witnesses say when he tried to pass a car, he crossed into the northbound lane and drove onto the shoulder.

His Chevy truck rolled over several times. Jordan was ejected and was dead when paramedics arrived. Troopers say he wasn't wearing a seat belt. This is 7th fatality on state roads since the Christmas travel began December 23rd.
