COLUMBUS, GA (WALB) - Former Darton college forward Dominique Gilbert is the player of the week in the Peach Belt Conference.

Gilbert averaged 17 points and 13 rebounds in a pair of games last week for the Columbus State Lady Cougars.
The former Monroe Lady Tornado scored 14 points in a loss to Anderson College and had 21 in a win over Mount Olive.
Dominique Gilbert is among the leaders in the Peach Belt conference in scoring, rebounding and blocked shots after transferring to Columbus State from Darton College this year.
