ALBANY, GA (WALB) – Two Albany Southside Blood gang members are headed to prison after being sentenced just before noon in a Dougherty County courtroom.
Dabkowski Luke and Tchywaskie Jones, both 25, will spend the next 10 years in prison, the next 10 on probation, and are banished from Dougherty County.
They were convicted for shooting Donald Winchester at the Carver Pool on June 16, 2009, when gunfire erupted during an altercation at the pool.
Several bystanders, including children, fled to escape bullets flying between gang rivals.
