COLQUITT COUNTY, GA (WALB) -Dozens of high school students celebrated with their football team before the guys head off to the State Championship game.

The Packer Touchdown Club held a pep rally for the Colquitt County football team Thursday night before they head to play at the Georgia Dome.

The band, cheerleaders, and parents praised them for a great season. Teammates say they're ready to take home a victory.

"I'm excited," said Defensive End, Quaun Daniels. "We haven't made it this far before and I'm just ready to play."

"It's going to be a great experience and we're going to have a lot of fans there, so it should be a great environment to play in," said Quarterback, Tyler Brown.

The Pack went to the playoffs last year. Their last state title was 16 years ago in 1994. Tickets are still available at the high school for $15. They'll be $20 at the Georgia Dome.
