    Ravi Mikel Givens was arrested Tuesday and charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. He is being held in the Dougherty County jail. Givens, who played ball at Westover and Stetson
    Agents say that police responded to the apartment because of a burglar alarm. Officers found the back door broken open and went inside. That's where they detected a strong odor of marijuana, and saw pot in plain view.

ALBANY, GA (WALB) –Dougherty County Police say they broke up a burglary ring with the arrests of two teens they caught breaking into a home on Moultrie Road.

18-year old Hakeem Barney and 17-year old Richard Washington, Junior are charged with burglary.

Investigators suspect they and a third teen burglarized several homes in Dougherty County, including Vivian Stubbs' house on Holly Drive.  The thieves took her dog Cassie.

Now Police are asking for your help to find that third teen and the stolen property.

Dougherty County Police Captain Jimmy Sexton said "We would like to know about any property that these individuals might have been trying to sell. Especially about the little Maltese dog. If anybody has any information about that."

Investigators the burglars were using this 1998 Mercury Mountaineer to commit their crimes.
