ALBANY, GA (WALB) – Early Saturday morning the streets were packed in Downtown Leesburg for their 22-annual Christmas Parade, about 120 floats made their way down Main street. A number of Lee County businesses, schools, and civic organizations were represented.

Bonnie Armstrong got up early to make sure her two children got a great spot in the crowd.

"They wanted to see it so bad so I figured I would bring them out here to get Christmas started by seeing the parade. She wanted to see the cheerleaders and he was hoping to see a train," said Bonnie Armstrong, Leesburg Resident.

This year's Santa Clause ditched Rudolph and the other reindeer for a stretch Hummer limo as he made his way down the parade route.

National Rookie of the year Buster Posey was the grand marshall.
