DOUGLAS, GA (WALB) –A Douglas metal company is in the middle of a two million dollar expansion, and that means more jobs.

An employee with Douglas Metal and Steel says they started the expansion a few months ago and they plan to finish in the middle of January.

With this expansion they will now be able to produce quality pre-engineered metal buildings. They will continue to manufacture metal roofing for customers.

They expect to add 20 jobs over the next two years and will start hiring in the next few weeks.
