ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Deerfield-Windsor's Rhett Cooper receives the last Albany Area Player of the Week Award of this high school football season.
Dr. James Mason made the presentation on Wednesday.
Cooper had 14 tackles and recovered a fumble in the Knights state championship win over Tattnall Square last week.
The Trojans had several turnovers and Cooper says it was due to the defense and the weather.
