ALBANY, GA (WALB) - If you want to see a beautiful light show Chehaw Park is opening its festival of lights Friday evening.

Roughly 400 individual pieces will be on display throughout the park. People can enjoy lights from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m.

The lights are energy efficient and the project is in phase one of three phases. Chehaw plans to expand the festival of lights each year.

Downtown Moultrie was also a sight to see as it glowed with the Christmas Spirit.

Earlier Thursday evening, the town turned on hundreds of lights which were hung from the courthouse.

People got to enjoy reindeer, pony rides, shopping, Santa and much more.
