ALBANY, GA (WALB) – The long lines aren't just at the grocery store or the mall.

Getting pampered could take a little longer during the holidays. The seats were full at Images Barber Shop on North Cleveland Street Wednesday afternoon.

The barbers there say there's a constant flow of customers this time of year because people want to look their best for holiday get-togethers.

They spend hours on their feet, but Melvin and Wendell tell us they don't mind.

"I don't mind it, I need the extra money. Christmas is coming up so I don't really mind being here, it's a long drawn out day but at the same time we're very fortunate business has been great this year," said Wendell Jackson, Images Barber & Beauty Salon.

The guys say they get in early and stay late to accommodate the uptick in holiday traffic.
