ALBANY, GA (WALB) –  An independent teachers organization is offering legal representation to its members in Dougherty County who are being questioned in the state's CRCT erasure investigation.

The Professional Association of Georgia Educators emailed several hundred members in the Dougherty County Schools reminding them they have access to five attorneys on staff and 60 other attorneys statewide.

So far, GBI agents have questioned teachers from as many as four Dougherty County Schools in the state's test tampering investigation. 8 Dougherty County Schools were listed in the severe category for wrong answers changed to right answers on 2009 CRCT's.
