TYLER, TX (WALB) - The Darton men's soccer team will not win the national championship.
Cavaliers will play for fifth place.
Darton beat Iowa Western 4-3 in the consolation bracket of the NJCAA tournament in Tyler, Texas.
Matt Tobin and Diego Ramos scored goals for Darton in the first half.
Sebastian Vallejo tied the match at 3 with a goal with 13 minutes left.
Mynor Perez hit the game winner just under nine minutes to play.
Darton will play their final match of the season against Lincoln College in the consolation final on Sunday at 10:00 a.m. Eastern.
