ALBANY, GA (WALB) –  A Moultrie is charged with breaking into two Moultrie businesses over the weekend and setting one of them on fire.

Twenty-one year old Justin Howard is charged with first degree arson and two counts of burglary. Fire crews were called to the UPS Store and neighboring Pat's Place on Doc Darbyshire Road Saturday morning.

They extinguished a small fire inside Pat's Place, but there was smoke and water damage to both businesses. Police say, the back doors to both businesses had been broken into. In both cases the stores had cash missing from their registers.
