ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Want to get in shape and lead a healthier life? Phoebe Putney Hospital has a health and wellness program that might be able to help.

An athletic trainer from Phoebe Northwest spoke to people interested in getting involved.

They'll work with anyone from middle school age to seniors on walking, aquatic exercise,  strength and conditioning programs to name a few.

"We offer programs for all ages. If being physically active is something you want to do then we have a program for you," said Athletic Trainer, Chauncey Keith.
