Three people riding their bikes on Albany's Riverfront trail discovered a body in the woods near the trail.

Police tell us that man committed suicide. They blocked off the trail near Cleve Cox landing just after 6:00 p.m.

The body of a 47-year-old man was lying in a tree line about 65 feet from the concrete trail. Even though neighbors have concerns about the safety of the trail, Police insist the area is safe.
